MS Exchange/Cisco Engineer
Job Reference: NEX-005EE

The Role
Technical support of clients network servers with specific skillsets in MS Exchange and Cisco. The role requires both technical troubleshooting and the ability to resolve high level support issues often supporting external IT departments.

The Applicant
The applicant will be motivated and able to work both in a team and individually. You will have good organisational skills and have the knack for communicating IT issues simply. You will have a minimum of 2 MCP’s or equivalent and preferably be CCNA qualified or hold a relevant degree.

The Package
£18-30k dependent on experience and qualifications.

Sales Executive
Salary dependant on skills and experience

The role will be to develop new clients within both the local and national marketplace. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the IT services sector and will be rewarded with a strong opportunity for earnings within our highly qualified team.

Administrative Assistant
Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience

The role will report to our office manager and cover all basic office and financial process tasks.  The successful applicant will be a confident user of Microsoft Office, possess excellent typing skills and be able to deal with telephone conversations in a competent, friendly and efficient manner.
