Service Level Agreements

netexperts offer the fairest service level agreements available, there is no need for you to pay large annual sums of money up front for a support service that you may not use. netexperts operate using a unique 'Pay As You Go' billing method. Depending on the findings of the initial site audit, we agree on the amount of service hours that we believe will last you for 4 months. This amount is paid into an account and any hours that are used for the SLA will be taken off this balance. When the account drops to 20% you are simply invoiced to top up your account to the original amount.

This allows you to know exactly how much you have spent and what you have spent it on, thus handing financial control, and information back to you.
