and ordering over the Internet with on-line payment
and order tracking. The Accelerator on-line
print solution embodies the latest Adobe technology
to ensure the highest quality documents.
Finished print and office supplies are sent direct
to any address that you.
Business Stationery
netexperts has developed a wide range of layouts
for standard office stationery. You select
your layouts for letterhead, continuation paper,
compliments slips, business cards and a folder.
You then upload your logo and we insert this and
your industry association logos (if any) into the
templates and create your account. Finally you
will be asked to select the paper stock you want: we
offer a standard range on 100 gsm laser compatible
and 350 gsm artboard as well as a luxury offering on
a Conqueror equivalent.
Also included in your account you will find a
range of other print items that will not be
personalized with your logo. These include
continuous Sage stationery, pay slips etc.We are
very different from other printers and online
suppliers because we are able to upload not only
your basic stationery needs but also your brochures,
flyers and other promotional material. All your
orders are delivered to your door at no extra
charge. We are also developing other solutions to
support your marketing campaigns, the first will
allow you to complete all elements of a customer
mailing on-line form your account.
We will e-mail you when your account has gone
live. We send you an electronic copy of your
selection of print items so that you can confirm
your selection of layout and the quality and
position of your logo. We will send you a user name
and password as well as a very simple user guide.
You are now ready to order print (and office
supplies) at any time from anywhere. You need
no installed software, only Internet Explorer or
equivalent. You can manage all aspects of your
account, customize documents (for different people,
locations etc), order and pay on-line
All print is produced by trade printers using top
quality, four colour litho process. Items are
dispatched within 4 working days of the receipt of
an order. Orders are delivered by courier, or
by post for single orders of business cards.
Your account is specific to you and nobody that
you do not authorize can get access. However
you can nominate as many users as you wish: there is
no extra cost.
Other Print Requirements
For all your other items of print we offer, on
request, a novel piece of Adobe software, free of
charge. The software, which is called ‘Flexeprint
pdf job ready’, needs to be installed on your
computer, like another printer driver. When
you or your design agency are ready to send a new
item for print, all you have to do is select the ‘Flexeprint
pdf job ready’ print driver and firstly you will see
and proof a copy of the document as it will go to
print and secondly you will be asked to give us
additional information such as the paper quality and
number of copies you want. The document and
this information are then sent to us over the
Internet. We will price the document and add
it to your companies print catalogue. When
this is done, we will then e-mail you and you can
then go back on line and make as many orders as
often as you like from then on.
Office Supplies
netexperts has teamed up with one of the major
office supplies companies to offer a wide range of
office supplies and consumables. The full
range runs to some 22,000 items but we have broken
this down and have an Office Essentials section that
will contain most of what you need. Prices are
highly competitive with discounts ranging from 15 to
65 % depending on product category. And
finally there is no delivery charge
