Audits
A getprotected network audit (c) is the first point of
contact with any new client and allows us to
identify what hardware and software is running, and
gives us
an insight into the configuration of the network.
The data we collect during the audit allows us to resolve any support issues in
a fraction of the time of other support companies, as
we have your network infrastructure to
hand. This also ensures that if your primary
netexperts engineer is unavailable, another member
of our team can quickly understand your set up and
solve your problem.
What is a network audit?
Dependant on the size of your company a number of
engineers will make
a site visit. These engineers will take a detailed
record of any hardware and software in use and your
site or sites, both via observations and leading
auditing tools. This information is then
compiled into a network audit report containing the
outline of the network, a more in depth look at all
the IT equipment configuration (servers, switches,
firewalls etc.) as well as a
detailed list of recommendations with full
explanations of how they would be an advantage to your
company.
